Kimberly Perry

Kim joined the firm 21 years ago. She answered a newspaper ad for a receptionist at an attorney's office, without knowing what kind of attorney, and quickly moved into post-closing. Along the way, she has also worked in pre-closing and file setup, giving her a deep understanding of the entire process.

An introvert at heart, Kim is happiest behind the scenes, solving problems and wrapping up the details after closing. She loves that no two files are exactly alike and enjoys the moment clients and agents hear that everything is officially done.

Kim is also the kind of teammate who jumps in wherever she's needed and enjoys passing along what she has learned.

Outside of work, Kim loves reading, fishing with her husband and kids, floating in the pool, serving at her church, and hosting family and friends. Many of her biggest milestones have happened during her years here, from getting married and buying her first home to raising two children and building a new home. In many ways, Kim has grown up right alongside the firm.
