Nikki Kemp

Nikki joined the firm 33 years ago, fresh out of college and interning, also known as providing free labor, at the District Attorney's office on the third floor of the courthouse square. Brian Smith & Associates happened to be one floor below and had a paying position available. Her dad wisely suggested she take the job that came with a paycheck, and the rest is history.

Over the years, Nikki has built a wealth of knowledge that she genuinely enjoys sharing. She loves helping clients see their dreams become reality, but she also finds great satisfaction in teaching and training her coworkers. Her experience, patience, and willingness to help others learn have made her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside the office, Nikki is an avid bowler who has competed in leagues for many years. She also enjoys gardening, canning, family vacations, and cheering on her grandchildren at their activities. And if you ask her coworkers what they remember most? "The Refis" will probably be at the top of the list, but that story may be best saved for another day.
