Rachel Penney

Rachel started in the title and escrow business in 2001, and brought that experience and knowledge to the firm in 2021. While specializing in commercial transactions, she enjoys assisting in title curatives, estates, residential closing requirements, and finalizing transactions at the closing table. For Rachel, the work is all about relationships. She values the story behind every transaction, whether it represents a first home, a fresh start, or a difficult goodbye, and considers it an honor to play a small part. Her detail-oriented approach and commitment to client service makes her a trusted partner for buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and municipalities across Tennessee and Kentucky. She strives to bring both professional experience, humor, and care to every transaction.

Outside of office hours, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, and their six kids, Grayson, Charis, Reagan, Braden, Baylor and Jayden, and one precious daughter-in-love, Paola. Rachel treasures serving in children's ministry at First Baptist Church Gallatin, cheering from the stands at a Gallatin Green Wave game, or watching Tennessee Vols football.
