Todd Moser

For more than 37 years, Todd has helped guide real estate transactions from contract to closing. Nearly 25 of those years have been spent with Luminary Title Group, making him one of the firm's most experienced and familiar faces.

Over the course of his career, Todd has worked through just about every kind of real estate transaction and understands how much can happen behind the scenes before everyone reaches the closing table. His depth of knowledge allows him to anticipate details, work through complications, and help keep a transaction moving in the right direction. Even after nearly four decades, he still appreciates the importance of each closing and what it represents for the people involved.

Todd has called Mt. Juliet home for the past 20 years and values the relationships he has built throughout the community. Outside the office, he prefers to keep life simple and spend time with his family.
